I use this plugin on a client’s website for a motorhome rental business and it works very well. The functionality covers everything we need for availability management. An high end property needs a high end booking system – WPBS is the perfect fit We own and operate a globally unique, ultra-sustainable holiday rental property, Warksburn Old Church. We only offer two booking channels, direct (via WPBS) and Airbnb, where we are listed in the exceptionally rare ‘Luxe’ category. So we need our booking engine to do two things: 1) offer direct bookers a totally reliable and seamless experience; and2) sync perfectly with our Airbnb calendar.WPBS does both of those things perfectly: normally it just sits there and does its job, enabling customers to arrive, find a date, book and pay with the lowest possible level of ‘friction’ on their booking journey, and with zero intervention from us on a day to day basis. But the core Calendar, Discounts and Coupons modules do allow us to do some reasonably sophisticated things when we choose to do so: for example, setting ‘deep links’ from our marketing socials to land on particular days in the calendar with a pre-set discount applied only to those days. But the real value in any software is how good the tech support is when things are not normal. This is where we’ve have been most impressed with the service WPBS offers its customers. As an example, when Airbnb unilaterally changed their calendar sync methodology, Roland and the team at WBPS issued a patch within hours to keep everything linked up seamlessly. The tech support, from real human beings who are clearly both passionate and deeply knowledgeable about their product, is simply world class. Great service isn’t just about ‘when things go wrong’. We have also found WPBS to be highly responsive to requests we have made for optimisations. For example, ensuring post codes captured within the booking engine carry over into the payment modal (Stripe in our case). This ensures that this critical field for Card Holder ID Validation is pre-filled with correct data. In short: could not be happier with WordPress Booking System. 10/10 on all counts. Highly recommended

The setup of this plugin was not so simple, but the owner Roland is always very reliable with his prompt support. After the installation the booking system is doing its job and you are always able to ask for support! Even after New Years Day the support is ready for help!

Roland was amazing at helping create some custom code to add to the WP Booking Support plugin that we purchased to allow us to create a discount based on the day of the week. We wanted to be able to offer a $25 discount if booking on days Monday-Thursday of the week. The plugin did not offer that, however Roland custom wrote some code to add to it to allow this feature for us. I didn’t realise that the booking app was for a fixed timezone, and since I am based abroad and my clients are in the US and UK, the product didn’t work for me. As a booking system though it’s full of features and if I was using it for booking my local business or hotel, this would be a great option. I emailed support to ask for a refund since I wouldn’t be using it (they have a 14 day refund policy), and within a few hours they responded and returned the money to me. Amazing support and I just wish I could find a way to use this plugin for my business. Highly recommended.

Very tought-through and well executed plugin. We were able to adapt it to our needs (thanks to the included “inventory” function, which allows us to rent out single beds of different rooms). Of all the commercial scheduling platforms out there, none were meeting my specific requirements to create a booking system for desks and rooms at a coworking space. They all have bloat in features I just don’t need but would still have to pay for. WPBS provides the perfect base to create bookings management for just about anything. We started implementing WP Booking on our website a couple months ago. For pretty much every custom/ additional function needed (extra description, dynamic population, extra fields) we found the answer in their documentation. However, we needed help with a dynamic populated field from a custom extra search filter field, and Roland was more than eager to help us. After a couple of mails the custom functionality was added and we couldn’t be happier.

I managed to install everything with their documentation, pretty self-explanatory but I encountered some problems that I couldn’t fix for my business requirements, so I contacted the support and BOY they helped me. SOO MUCH. Currently working with the BusinessPlan.

We bought the full licence for the additional features. Make sure you read the documentation as this plugin is capable of quite a lot. We had a few issues along the way but support was amazing. A few times we were just being plain dumb and another the plugin wasn’t able to do what we wanted, but they agreed it was a good idea and a few days later an update was released containing our new feature!

I recently purchased the premium version of this plugin after searching the entire internet weeks for one that is quite flexible in how calendars and bookings can be set up, where everything is kept very clean without unnecessary features. I must say, this plugin is fantastic!

I got the plugin for my chalet rental business. When setting it up, I ran into a couple of minor problems, but they were quickly (within a couple of hours) resolved by the support team. Later, I wanted to add another pricing functionality than what was available in the interface (fixed + variable rate) so I contacted the support team again. Also this time they quickly responded and got back to me with a code snippet the next working day, which worked great. Overall, fantastic support and great plugin. Highly recommended!(For future versions, it would be nice with built-in functionality to change the fonts (I had to make the change with CSS this time) and the general looks of the calenda and forms. I would also like the option to change the layout of the forms so that it is possible to use to columns instead of having it all in one row.)

I had two individual problems (one technical: no invoice or contract would attach to the automated email reminders and one tax-related). Even though they had to work on the problem for several days, the support team solved both issues 100 % in the end. I don’t think you can do any better! I’m more than happy to pay the annual fee for this brillant plugin which made my rental business so much more professional and easier to manage for me. As a custom theme developer I try to minimise plugin use, but when I need one I do my research and pick one that is clean and does the job right. WP Booking System does it perfectly. I can set it up exactly how I need in the dashboard, link it to external calendars and embed it in my theme using a shortcode. Also, the support team (in particular Claudia) has been second to none, replying to my occasional question within 30 minutes.

Never expierienced such a support. You get the answers really quick and the support is never tired of trying to help you. The Booking tool works well and has many options to set your own system.

Per request from a customer I installed Simple WP Booking (from the same company) and registered it, only to find out it didn’t do what was expect. So contacted support and got a refund immediatly and was advised to install this version. The WP booking system works very well, intuitive and installation is super easy. Adjusting the colors, adding a booking form and putting it into use was set up within 15 minutes. Connected it to AirBNB and it’s ready to go!

This plugin is exactly what I needed for a simple reservation system. I used this plugin for a small business – caravan rental. The setup is easy, I would point out the way how to customize the email feedback for many actions. Cool feature is that you are able to generate PDF document and include it into the email. The way how to manage the calendar, how to make the administrative and so on is very simple and user friendly. I was suprised with the support – I wanted to generate a QR for offline payment , I had some ideas how to make it. The guy from the helpdesk helped me a lot and shared some shortcodes to implement. I have tried the online payment yet, I can’t rate. I missed a little bit features for the visualisation of the calendars and form to match with the main theme. Also the search for availability plugin works well, but there is almost no options to change the visualisation. Also SMS notification works only with third-party api, with payment for each SMS.. I am a little bit upset, won’t integrate this feature. For small business or simple reservation it is the right choice.

The support from Roland is fantastic, fast and in depth. I had a requirement for an additional function, Roland was back within an hour with it added to the Pro version. Can’t recomment this plugi highly enough.

I installed this for our campsite bookings. I have tried a couple of other booking plugins but this is by far the best. Our requirement are straightforward: a single campsite that only takes one booking, but has variable nightly costs and optional additional campers. The plugin was perfect for this. Set up was a bit involved, but they all are like that. Configuration of things like notifications and payments was straightforward and clear. The Stripe integration is particularly good. I only have one criticism: when you configure manual acceptance of bookings, and then accept a booking, the relevant date statuses do not update automatically. This has to be done manually. However, I’m sure they will change that at some point. All in all a great plugin, well worth the fee and with really good support.

Plugin is working really well. Managing my bookings and syncing with bookin.com and AirBnB works like a charm. In the exceptional situation that I need some support, Roland is always available to help out. Perfect support.

It didn’t work perfectly at first, but through active e-mail contact going back and forth, Roland perfected the new feature to where it now works perfectly.

From kindly correcting my own code errors to customizing code, it is always handled quickly and nothing it seems is too much trouble. So happy I found this plugin.

I run a rental equipment business and am so happy to have come across WP Booking system. I had installed and tried 2 other booking plugins prior to this and they were limited to very few features, even though they were more expensive than WP Booking system. The reviews for WBPS convinced me to try and was an important factor for me, and here I am giving my own review! I upgraded to the premium option which has so much value added. I like the booking overviews, easy on the eye product calendars and the booking files to keep a record of all the dealings with your customer -all in one place! The booking forms are so customisable compared to the others I tried. The support I have received from Roland during my set up over the last few weeks has been fantastic and he was always very quick to get back to me.

I was asked to build a website with an online booking system for a client. They needed something that could handle online booking for 3 rental properties. It became more complicated as there were different prices per night depending upon the season,the number of nights (3,4 or 7 each option beginning/ending on a different day). There were also different discounts, coupons and surcharges to be applied to the properties. To add to this, my client is (in their words) “not techy” and had never used any sort of website before. The plugin therefore needed to be as straightfoward as possible – and TBH straightfoward is a term that a lot of booking plugins can’t be described as! After a lot of research into the most popular booking plugins – I decided to give this one a try, mainly because of the positive reviews on this forum. I installed the free version of the plugin to try it out and while there were a couple of hiccups with the installation process (a couple of database tables not being written during installation) the speed of the reply from Roland to my request for help was superfast and the issue was sorted out in about 15minutes from my original support request. In my experience this is unusual for a premium plugin, so amazing for a free version. Despite my never having used the plugin before, it’s so intuitively designed that I was able to have the basics set-up really quickly. I upgraded to the Business version in order to access the addons. The invoice and contract addons are such a professional touch – attached PDF’s of each one emailed automatically to the customer when they make a booking! The how-to documentation is really well presented and explained. The plugin plays beautifully with Divi (not everything does) and the backend admin is so easy to use. I really can’t praise the plugin and support highly enough! I’m sorry this is such a long review, the last thing I want to say is a huge thank you to Roland and Veribo!

First of all, plugin is great. Simple for set up and simple for your clients/ users of website. Second thing about this plugin is developer support which is PERFECT! I spoke with Mr. Roland and still communicating with him when I have some question or problem… Communication with him is simple and efective. He solved every problem I’ve had and gave me answer on all my question- all that in max 1 hour !! Highly recomend it!

I love this plugin! It’s really great, and I just love the support. However, I have a recurring reservation business. Wouldn’t it be nice if customers could have their own profile to log on to, see their past and current reservation? See the dates and payment? I think they would. I can’t find anybody who has the same idea. So maybe this review helps and others have the same wishes.

I can now offer my clients an alternative to an expensive fully blown PMS system. We recently bought a beach condo and started renting it out. I researched booking system options and finally selected WP Booking System. It’s highly flexible and easy to understand. The online documentation is very good and the email support is even better. I was able to set up our booking calendar and form quite easily. There were a few tweaks I wanted to make to get everything exactly how I wanted it, and Roland from the support team was extremely helpful. He gave me step-by-step instructions on settings and inserting code. My favorite feature is the scheduled email notifications. I set one up to automatically remind guests when their final payment is due (and it includes a payment link). I highly recommend this plugin!

I’ve been using WP Booking System (WPBS) for years and it has always worked perfectly for the ‘personalised’ way I run my business. Recently I needed to fix an issue with my WP Theme that caused a conflict with WPBS. The theme people were nowhere to be found, but the support I got from WPBS was truly amazing. Replacing the plugin with the current version not only helped resolve the issue, but the new version provided me with an entirely new way of configuring my accommodation business if I choose to. With changing payment option trends and travel generally, the new system gives me all the flexibility for a complete e-commerce platform in the future – all from within a single reliable online booking system. WP Booking System really is a great plugin as it is lightweight and easy to use. Haven’t had any major hickups with it. Some smaller ones have been resolved with a lightning fast and friendly support. I always recommend this plugin for my clients and colleagues!

I searched for a long time to find a decent wp booking calendar, then discovered the outstanding WP Booking System – which meets all of my requirements and more. The support is almost instant, and they even updated the plugin to add a new feature that I requested.

Amazing plugin and amazing support. Bought the Business License but had a few questions and was missing a function: Adding different Item names depending on separate calendars. I wrote to the team and they said they were gonna add the function as soon as they can, wow! Everything works as expected and you can do so muchh with the add-ons! I recommend 100%!

As someone whose IT skills don’t go much further than HTML I have found this plugin to be an excellent addition to the website I manage for our small holiday rental business. It is very user friendly, both for customers and for admin, and has more than enough customisable features. The ability to easily end and start two separate bookings on the same day is really useful. And then, when something went wrong after 3 years of use I had my problem fixed within an hour of contacting the support team. I have tried other plugins for bookings but this one is IMHO the very best.

When testing the functions in combination with the theme, an error occurred in the display. The problem was solved within a few hours. The support is very friendly and helpfully. It couldn’t be better!

I have now been using the premium for about 2 months for two sites and it works very well. When ever there is a need for support they respond very fast and often new releases to fix an issue is released before the reply 🙂

Ok so the plugin is great, everything and more you could possibly need for a fully featured booking system. We had quite complex requirements from part payment deposits to a mixture of day and night bookings across multiple calendars with different requirements for each. Some calendars only needed to facilitate one booking at a time others needed to be able to receive an unlimited number, needless to say this plugin handled every challenge we threw at (albeit with the installation of some of the addons available). However that is not what impressed me the most, what blew my mind was the support I reveived when we needed a little extra help, not only did I get a response to my ticket the same day, Roland built me a plugin to help add extra functionality we required. Hands down I have never experienced support like it. The custom plugin worked great but we had a few extra feature requests which were also completed the same day with no complaints! Quite simply astounded and couldn’t recommend enough.

Addition 2024: Another superb support and extension of the WPBS discounts on request. Clear communication, good suggestions and finally an enhancement implemented that is now available in the standard. Initial review: Although not using all features of this booking system, all we need is built in — and extended on request! Easy to configure and fit in the template features we use. The support is swift and solves the issues, questions and requests in a flexible way, thank you! An example for many other developers, good work. I consider the price slightly high for a yearly renewal, a one year high (where most support is needed) plus consecutive (lower) maintenances fee would be a fair model.

In my company we need to have different tax rates for different calendars. When I started to use this plugin, there was no option to select specific tax rate for a particular calendar. I asked if anything could be done about it….and they certainly could! They released an update and moved the taxes to a new tab, with the option to assign a calendar to each one. On the same day!

As a novice to the web designing world, I’ve had many questions, on multiple days. The responses have been helpful, detailed and timely. There’s a bit of a time delay due to different time zones, but I’ve been pleased to receive responses within 24 hours. Once I realized this, I list all of my questions for the day and send together in the evening. By morning, my answers are in my inbox!

I asked if it was possible to hide the form fields until a date is selected. After telling me that it was not possible, but that they would look into it- they built a fix and issued an update to the plugin within 4 hours! Thank you very much!

What can I say, this is a fantastic calendar plugin that pretty much covers every basis including iCal import/export, stripe integration, and its easy to use and setup. The support is really what makes it over the top. If you have a question, it will be resolved very quickly.

I recently inherited a project that was using an older version of this plugin. I didn’t realize that the plugin was not up-to-date and reached out to the support team to ask about an issue I was having trying to implement a new feature. This plugin is easy to install and use. The interface is intuitive and makes creating calendars and forms quick and easy. We had a small issue which we referred to Support and had first class communication resulting in the issue being resolved quickly. Would highly recommend based on the support alone – but as the plugin is great too, it’s a no-brainer if you are looking to create booking forms.

WP Booking system is an easy-to-use calendar plug-in with good-looking calendars, customizable user interface, and great support. The developer helped me figure out which of his products I needed, and later explained a few of the functions that I wasn’t certain about (as a non-WP person). I don’t use the bells and whistles in the plug-in, but it’s easy to pick and choose functionality.

I have used this booking calendar for two of my clients so far and there hasn’t been any issue/booking restriction/hurdle I haven’t been able to find a solution for with the support of the developer.

Have used this plugin for some years now. Suddenly it didn’t work as before, maybe connected to an upgrade to PHP 7.3.8, but not sure. Got fast support from Roland and downloaded the new Premium license. Still had some problems with settings etc. but Roland was fantastic in giving me support all the way and even helped me hands on in our wp-admin. So now back on track with the calendar.

The WP Booking system is great and works perfectly with my site. In addition, I can’t say enough good things about the customer service for this plugin. The team was extremely responsive and helpful, not to mention providing an extremely quick turnaround for some issues I was having. I highly recommend if you need a booking system!

Pros: Simple > Install > Create a calendar > Create a form > Fill in the email settings > Add to a page > Done it works Cons: Doesn’t allow bookings on the same day by time slot. Doesn’t calculate costs or extras. Cannot be used to manage appointments for multiple staff. If you need something simple this will do the job.

An easy to understand plugin with not too many but just enough options. The support is super quick and super helpful. Looking forward to see what they are coming up next with.

Fairly straightforward once you get the hang of it. I am a novice user so it was a bit tricky for me. Ran into some trouble with conflicting plug-ins but the team was extremely supportive and helpful! I would recommend this if only for the customer support that is available.

When I needed help to modify how the calendar displayed, I emailed support and got an immediate response. They quickly coded a solution to my problem. I was able to quickly make the change. It takes some time to properly set up, but it is simple and delivers what is promised. However, knowledgeable and very fast support to resolve a few issues that we experienced in the combination of this plugin with our site’s template.

I have used this plugin for a customer of mine, the price of the pro version is well worth it for the product you get i did need the help of the support but this was only due to my own needs they logged in checked out what was needed dropped me an email with a little bit of custom code and done that easy. brilliant plugin and brilliant support i will recommend it all day long thanks

I’ve been struggling with another non-functioning booking system for a while, which came together with Bentuestu theme. So I decided to switch back to this plugin, which I used in the past. While setting up the plugin I found out that the host blocked some stuff, so the filled out forms didn’t get into my mailbox. Lennart kept trying to solve it together with me and every time I got a response back within minutes. By great help of Lennart I’ve finally got it working now. Thanks again for the great support and my conlusion would be: if you need a booking plugin, just buy and use this one!

Für unsere Ferienhaus-Homepage suchte ich eigentlich nur die Möglichkeit eines einfachen Belegungskalenders und bin dabei auf dieses Plugin gestoßen. Probieren kostet nichts… und ich war positiv überrascht. Das Handling ist im prinzip ganz einfach. Das sich weitere Einstellmöglichkeiten allerdings erst beim Einfügen des Kalenders in die Seite ergeben, ist nicht unbedingt schlüssig. Da ich aber ja nur einen Kalender brauche und der auch fix eingerichtet ist, komme ich damit klar. Begeistert war ich vom Support. Das man bei einem kostenlosen Plugin auch noch kostenlos schnelle Hilfe bekommt, ist mehr als man erwarten kann. Ich habe das Plugin jetzt schon einige Zeit im Einsatz und auch schon etliche Buchungen auf diesem Weg unkompliziert abwickeln können.

I have used this booking plug-in. It does exactly what it has to do and it’s easy to use. I did have some questions so I contacted the support and they are doing a really great job. If it was possible I would rate it with 6 stars.

I had a problem with an email issue using the plugin. The customer service was great and not only answered my issue question but walked me through to the end of solving the problem. I definitely recommend this versatile plug in and will use it all the time.

I use this plugin to take bookings for a charitable toy library. It works really well for what I want and when I had an issue it was resolved very quickly by the developer, been using it for 10 months.

Easy to configure and you can integrate it on any content element e.g. accordions or tabs. The booking calendar and form looks clear an appealing. I found a small bug in the auto-reply function which I sent to the email support. They fixed it very well and fast.

I have reviewed a number of booking plugins and decided on this one for my client’s holiday rental business. Their site even had another well known booking theme and plugin already installed but was too complex and hard to use. This one works a treat and it will be my go to booking plugin choice in the future.

This is a great plugin for some of us less technically savvy people. Looking forward to having the “Payment” part built too in the future (hint hint) to have a full solution for my little apartments.

I was after a fairly simple but customisable plugin for a client’s hotel, that had some particular needs. No other plugin I found could satisfy those needs or was far too complex for the style of hotel. I also needed something that was easy for the end client to merge into from their existing site and they weren’t interested in needing extensive training or having to learn something new. I had a couple of small teething issues and found a minor bug. After sending an email to support, it was fixed in less than a day. Awesome! Thanks guys for a fabulous plugin.

I have tested more than 10 wordpress booking plugins and finally decided for WP Booking System. I am using it for a holiday home rental website managing up to 50 properties. The plugin is clean and simple but has all the features you need. No bells and whistles but 100% to the point. Awesome job!

I use the tool for a holiday home. It’s very easy to install and use. No issues. It does exactly what I need, and the customizable form is also very handy. Great plugin!

Plugin is simple but not too intuitive. The interface should have additional instructions for the user to where it is needed. Selecting date fields should be at a click. By moving the mouse, include dates without that I want. This needs to be fixed. Email form is fully customizable fields. This is great. Reservation requests at least two dates (check-in and check-out). It’s OK to rent. But I need just a single date. It would be good to make the settings option where you can choose a single-date or check-in/out date. All in all, this plugin is a pleasant surprise.
