What are the license keys used for?

License keys simply connect your site to ours, allowing us to send you automatic updates if your license key is in good standing.

How many sites can I activate my license key on?

The premium plugin can be purchased for a single site, 5 sites, or unlimited sites, which determines your license key activation limit. You may deactivate a license key and move it to another site at any time.

What happens if I do not renew my license?

License keys are subscription-based and will automatically renew every year. If you decide to cancel, you may still use the plugin but you will not receive updates, support, nor have access to install new add-ons once the license key expires.

Can I request a refund?

You are more than welcome to request a refund within 14 days of purchasing your license keys. However, in case of bugs or compatibility issues with other plugins, we would love to assist you in resolving the problems before refunding you the purchase.

Do I have to pay extra for support?

No. We strive to offer support for all users, even our free plugin users. Premium support will always have priority, however it requires a valid license key. License keys are issued at the time of purchase.

Can I buy multiple licenses?

Yes, but not under the same account. Purchasing a license using an email address already associated to an account will renew your existing subscription. You will have to either use a different email address or contact us for a license upgrade.
