Email is a great medium for sending longer, richer messages that include images and attachments, and can be saved for a later date. SMS, on the other hand, is the perfect communication channel for concise and timely information.
With this add-on, you can:
- Send a text message to yourself whenever someone makes a booking on your website
- Send a confirmation text message when the customer makes a booking
- Send a reminder text message to your customer X days before their booking starts
- Send a follow up text message to your customer X days after their booking ends
- Send a payment reminder text message to your customer
*The add-on integrates with Twilio and will require to sign up for an account and set up a payment plan.
