Email Reminders

You can set up automated reminder emails that are sent to the client a few days before the booking starts.

Once the add-on is activated, a new tab will appear in the Form Editor, called Email Reminder Notification.

Email Reminder Notification works the same way as regular Form Notifications, only an extra field called “When to send” is added.

The available fields are:

  1. When to send – the number of days before the booking starts
  2. Send To – the email address where to send the email. In most cases, this should be your email address.
  3. From Name – the sender’s name.
  4. From Email – the sender’s email address.
  5. Reply To – the reply-to email address, usually the same as the sender’s email address.
  6. Subject – the email’s subject line.
  7. Message – the email’s message.

In any of these fields, you may use Email Tags. You can read about email tags in the Form Notifications page.
